Registration Fees

Early Bird: until April 16, 2018 (AoE)

  • Student registration: 150 €
  • Regular registration: 250 €

Regular: April 16, 2018 – May 11, 2018 (AoE)

  • Student registration: 200 €
  • Regular registration: 300 €

Late / On-site: After May 12, 2018 and during the conference

  • Student registration: 250 €
  • Regular registration: 350 €

In order to apply for a student registration, a copy of the student ID must be sent to Miguel R. Luaces (email: luaces@udc.es).

Author Registration

At least one author of each accepted paper must register and pay the registration fee before the early bird registration period. When registering, the authors must enter the ID of his/her paper assigned by EasyChair. If the payment is not received within the aforementioned deadline, the paper will not appear in the proceedings. No-shows will also prompt removing paper(s) from the proceedings.
