Please take into account that a large national conference on rheumatology is going to take place in A Coruña from May 22nd to May 25th and there may be difficulties finding a hotel those days. Therefore, try to make your reservation as soon as possible.

The Hotel Zenit Coruña (where the conference sessions will take place) offers W2GIS attendees special rates if the reservation is done before April 21st:

Double room, accommodation only: 65 €
Double room, accommodation and breakfast (buffet): 85 €
Single room, accommodation and breakfast (buffet): 75 €

All rates are per room and night, and they include taxes (VAT).

In order to formalize a reservation, you must send an email to reservascoruna@zenithoteles.com providing the following information:

Check-in date
Check-out date
Room type (double, single, or triple)
Regime (accommodation only, or accommodation and breakfast)
Mobile phone number
Credit card number and expiration date
Email address to send a written confirmation

The credit card number is only required as a reservation guarantee. No charges will be billed. Please use the subject W2GIS 2018 in your email so that the people at the hotel can identify the reservation special rates.

These special rates will be maintained after April 21st, but only if there are rooms available.
